THE MASS
INTRODUCTION
–
In a society, those who rule and those who are ruled need each other.
Rulers are supposed to be concerned about the welfare of their people,
while the people, in turn, ought to collaborate with their rulers in
bringing about the common good. When things go wrong, both those who
govern and those who are governed suffer.

MISA
PAUNANG SALITA
-
Sa isang lipunan, kailangan ng namumuno at pinamumunuan ang isa’t isa.
Dapat pangalagaan ng mga namumuno ang kapakanan ng kanilang sakop,
samantalang ang mga tao naman ay dapat makipagtulungan sa kanilang mga
pinuno para sa kapakanang panlahat. Kapag nagkagulo, kapwa napapahamak
ang namumuno at pinamumunuan.
